The Labs live, interactive sessions offer a mix of expert insights, practical learning, and peer support, focusing on four key areas:
Meet the Expert: Learn from guest speakers and explore diverse coaching approaches and applications.
Topic Deep Dive: Delve into essential coaching topics such as creativity, resistance, and non-violent communication.
Quarterly Group Supervision: Share real client cases, gain feedback, and enhance your skills in a supportive environment.
Competency Book Club: Discuss influential books that deepen your understanding of coaching competencies and tools.
Open to coaches-in-training, graduates and experienced coaches, these labs foster cross-fertilisation of ideas and learning across skill levels. Experienced coaches benefit from a beginner's mind approach, rediscovering core concepts and gaining fresh insights through engagement with newer coaches.

Engage in structured, observed coaching practice with peers, guided by experienced faculty. These monthly 1-hour online sessions include time for questions, faculty feedback, and group supervision, providing a supportive environment to refine your techniques and build confidence in applying ICF core competencies. Sessions are two-hour long on a quarterly basis.

You’ll get matched with a peer at the start of the programme for guided peer coaching sessions based on comprehensive worksheets. You’re also welcome to arrange additional peer coaching sessions with other School of Change coaches. These sessions provide a safe space to experiment with tools and approaches, helping you discover your strengths and stretch into areas for growth.

Learning Pods provide focus, accountability, and support as you progress through the online modules and allow you to work through the course materials alongside a small group of peers.

For those who want to take their learning even further or accelerate your coach training journey, we offer an annual in-person retreat in Switzerland designed to strengthen connections, and integrate your skills in a dynamic, experiential setting.
This retreat is open to Level 1, Level 2, Coaching Mastery, and Alumni of the programme, providing a space to: ✅ Step away from daily distractions and fully engage in your growth ✅ Practice coaching in real-time with live feedback and deep reflection ✅ Connect with like-minded peers in an inspiring natural setting
✅ Reduce the overall duration of your coach training by 4 months.
Groups are built based on your coaching experience, ensuring that each participant gets the stretch and challenge they require. A powerful way to consolidate your learning, this retreat is for those who want to immerse themselves fully, refine their practice, and leave re-energised.

There are no formal prerequisites, making it ideal for beginners or those looking to integrate coaching into their current role. However, a strong interest in coaching and personal development is essential.
Yes, it’s fully accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) as a Level 2 coach training programme. It serves as the first step towards your coach certification as Professional Certified Coach.
You’ll earn an ICF-accredited Level 2 certificate, meeting the education hours requirement for both Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and Professional Certified Coach (PCC) levels. This enables you to apply for ACC or PCC once you’ve completed the required coaching hours (100 for ACC and 500 for PCC).
ICF certification requires completing coach education hours, passing a multiple-choice exam, and documenting coaching practice. Coaching Leadership is an ICF Level 2 programme that fulfills the education requirement for the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential. Alongside your programme certificate, you will need 500 coaching practice hours to apply for the PCC credential.
Our programmes are designed for busy leaders, spreading the learning journey over time to ensure meaningful integration. Level 2 spans 12 months, with 3-8 hours of live sessions each month, complemented by self-study and coaching practice. Accelerated intensive learning tracks are available upon request.
This programme is delivered online, combining live virtual sessions, self-paced learning modules, and practical coaching exercises for flexibility and engagement.
You'll have access to peer coaching, individual mentor coaching, monthly Coaching Labs and Practice Sessions, and an online community of learners and experienced coaches for continuous support.
