The Coaching in Nature Academy is a year-long immersive learning journey for professional coaches who want to deepen their practice through nature-based approaches, systemic thinking, and somatic awareness.
Who This Is For
The Academy is designed for professional coaches who:
- Hold an ICF credential (ACC, PCC, or MCC) or equivalent
- Have at least 2 years of coaching experience
- Are curious about nature-based and somatic coaching approaches
- Want to work more systemically with clients
- Feel drawn to wilderness and nature as a coaching container
- Are ready to do deep inner work alongside skill development
- Seek ongoing community and professional development

Nature as Co-Facilitator
How to work with nature as an active partner in coaching, not just a beautiful backdrop
Systemic Coaching
Seeing patterns, working with relationship systems, and coaching at the level of systems
Somatic Coaching
Working with the body and embodied experience as a source of wisdom and transformation
Walking Coaching
Side-by-side coaching on trails, using movement and landscape as catalysts for insight
Wilderness Facilitation
Designing and leading coaching experiences in nature, from half-day walks to multi-day retreats
Inner Work
Your own development as a coach: presence, awareness, capacity, and edges
Program Structure
The Academy runs for 12 months with a blend of in-person intensives, virtual learning, and peer practice.
6 x 2-Day In-Person Intensives
Held in Switzerland (Swiss Alps and surrounding regions). Hands-on learning in nature with Lise and the cohort.
Monthly Group Calls
Virtual 90-minute sessions for teaching, practice, and peer learning.
Individual Mentoring
Four 1:1 mentoring sessions with Lise throughout the year.
Peer Practice and Learning Circles
Small group peer coaching and practice sessions between formal meetings.
Online Community Platform
Year-round access to community platform for sharing resources, questions, and support.
