The Story Behind.
I’ve spent my career leading change. I learned quickly that strategies and systems don’t create lasting impact. People do.
​When I was asked to lead a major transformation, I felt out of my depth. Coaching gave me the tools I was missing: to listen differently, ask better questions, and help others step up. It changed how I led and how I lived.
What began as a skill that helped me as an executive has become the work I now dedicate my life to.

The Academy is my way of giving back. Every year - via the ICF Foundation - we gift over CHF 150'000 in scholarships so cost never becomes the reason someone can't learn to coach.
Each cohort is small, international, and carefully curated. Designed for busy professionals, the learning is flexible but deep.

And because coaching should not be a privilege, we created Win-Win Coaching as part of the Academy. It gives our learners practice with external clients while opening access to people and organisations who would not usually afford coaching. Everyone benefits.
